An Art Broker for 37 years, specializing in museum- and investment-quality American & African American Art, the HBD Art Group has acquired an impressive and distinctive collection of international art, photography, and sculpture.

From million-dollar projects to servicing an international A-List clientele, Howard’s portfolio and client base continues to grow and includes private residences, offices, and businesses for prominent entertainers, entrepreneurs, religious, and business professionals.

Howard’s taste-making skills have engendered requests as an accomplished Event Planner for private dinner parties, weddings, and ballrooms for non-profits, corporations, and individuals.

Recently, as an Art Broker, Howard has been focused on helping companies acquire works of art to diversify their collections — collecting important artists in a way that honors the past and looks toward the future. Howard encourages balanced representation, including people of color, artists of diverse cultural backgrounds, and women.
